Boil carrots until softened completely, take them out of water and press them with fork to obtain a carrots’ puree. In carrots’ water add 3-4 soup spoons of honey and add carrots’ puree prepared above. Stir the mass in a mixer until we obtain a homogeneous mixture. You should have visible improvement of cough by taking 3-4 soup spoons of this preparation per day.
The syrup can be stored up to a maximum of 3 days in the refrigerator. I order to get a better performance of the syrup, make sure the ingredients, honey and carrots, are Bio.
