I was very ill some weeks ago having a bad cough that took my breath away. I hate when I expectorate especially at night. A friend of mine sent me a cure, natural one, which could be made at home. Today I’d like to share it with you, as I found it very helpful and liberating. It helped me ‘resign’ from my aerosol practices and no need to use drugs.
I’m talking about the so-called ‘Ginger Wrap Preparation’, a very practical and natural way to improve cough symptoms. Here is the way you could prepare it:
- A tablespoon of powdered or fresh, shredded ginger
- A tablespoon of flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1,5 tablespoons of raw honey
Preparation and Application:
Mix the flour and honey, add the olive oil and ginger, stir, and apply the mixture on a napkin. Use gauze to wrap it, and tape it over by placing it on the right side of the chest or again on the right side on the back, same high as the chest. Leave it overnight, and its healing powers will make you sweat more during the night and will relieve your symptoms and improve health in many ways.
