Krepa Super te Shijshem me Mish – Recete Shtepie

Krepat e embel nuk jane preferenca ime dhe gjate gjithe kohes kam tentuar te eksperimentoj me ato te kripurat. Ky gatim i krepave me mish eshte shume i shijshem dhe fakti qe gatuhet ne shtepi e ben edhe me terheqes. Po filloj pa humbur kohe me receten:

Perberesit/Ingredients:

500 gr mish vici

250 gr sallate jeshile (e prere ne rripa te holle)

1 kokerr veze

500 ml qumesht (2 gota uji)

miell gruri

200 gr panna guzhine

gjalpe pa kripe

karrota te ziera

majdanoz i fresket

kripe, piper, vaj ulliri, sheqer

Ingredients for Exquisite Crepes with Meat (homemade)

Pergatitja/ Preparation:

Lajme sallaten jeshile dhe majdanozin me uje te bollshem. Presim sallaten jeshile ne rripa te holle, ndersa majdanozin e presim trashe. Marrim mishin e vicit dhe e presim ne copa te vogla. Nxehim vajin ne tigan dhe e skuqim mishin.

Chop the beef meat in small pieces and fry it in medium heat.

E mbulojme mishin e skuqur me uje. E rregullojme me kripe e piper dhe e leme te zieje derisa mishi te jete gati. Kujdes! Hidhini pak kripe qe mishi te marre shije se edhe panna ka kripe vete.

Cover the fried meat with cold water. Add pepper and little salt.
Let it simmer until the meat is well done.

Shtoni pannen ne tiganin e mishit dhe gatuajeni duke e perzier deri sa te trashet salca. Kontrollojeni per kripe. Salca duhet te jete pak pikante, qe t’i jape shije sallates jeshile.

Add sour cream. Stir continuously until the sauce is thickened. Check for Salt.
The sauce should taste a bit spicy and strong in order to give taste to the green salad.

Pergatitja e Krepave /Preparation of Crepes:

Ne nje tas hedhim vezen, paksa kripe dhe paksa sheqer. I trazojme bashke derisa te behen uniforme.

Put in a bowl: the egg, little salt and little sugar. Mix well until becomes uniformly.

Shtojme qumeshtin ne tas dhe e trazojme derisa ta unifikojme perberjen.

Add milk at the bowl and mix well until is uniformly distributed.

Shtojme miell pak e nga pak duke e perzier fort, derisa te perfitojme nja brume te holle dhe pa kokrriza. Hollesia e brumit te krepave eshte shume e rendesishme, pasi ajo ndikon ne trashesine dhe cilesine e krepit. Prova e hollesise eshte shenja qe le brumi ne garuzhde, e cila duhet te jete e plote por e rrjedhshme, si ne figure.

Add wheat flour slowly by mixing all the time in order to obtain a runny dough without grains. Attention! The thickness of dough is very important to be the right one as it influences the quality of crepes. The mark of the dough in the ladle should be consistent, but the dough should run freely out of it; see the photo up here.

Vendosim tiganin ne zjarr te ngrohet. Keshillohet qe krepat te piqen ne zjarr relativisht te forte. E lyejme tiganin paksa me gjalp.

We are ready to continue with the roasting of the crepes. Put the fry-pan at heat to warm up,
lubricate it with little unsalted butter.

Me anen e nje garuzhdeje (filxhani kafeje, apo cdo ene tjeter qe sherben si mase) fillojme hedhim brumin e krepit te tigan.

Start distributing the crepes’ dough in the frying-pan with the help of a ladle, a coffee cup or any other container that could serve as a gage.

Duke e rrotulluar tiganin e shpendajme brumin e krepit ne menyre te njetrajtshme ne te gjithe fundin e tiganit.

By revolving the frying-pan , distribute the dough fully covering the end of the pan.

E kthejme krepin per ta pjekur edhe ne anen tjeter.

Turn down the crepe to be roasted on the other side too.

Krepin ende te nxehte e vendosim ne nje pjate dhe i vendosim siper sallate jeshile, majdanoz dhe karrotat e ziera te prera imet. Ne vend te karrotave mund te perdorni edhe panxhar te kuq te zier apo perime te tjera sipas shijes.

While the crepe is still hot, place on one side of it some thinly cut green salad,
roughly grained parsley and simmer carrots cut in tiny pieces.
You may replace carrots with simmered red beet or any other vegetable as per your taste.

Shtojme edhe pak nga pergatitja e mishit me pana.

Add some of the cooked meat with sour cream.

E mbeshtjellim krepin ne forme roleje duke filluar nga cepi i mbushur me produkte deri sa te behet role e plote.

Round up the crepe in the shape of a roll starting from the side filled with products.

Krepin e mbledhur e vendosim mbi letren e aluminit dhe e mbledhim si ne foto. Letra e aluminit ndihmon ne mbajtjen ngrohte te krepave dhe unifikimin e shijes se perberesve.

Place the rolled crepe on a aluminium foil and wrap it up as shown in the photo above.
Aluminium foil will keep the crepe warm and with support the unification of the tastes of ingredients.
