Crying out your negative emotions will help you feel better sooner and loose some weight to be great fit. Scientists recommend to make use of the optimal crying time, which is between 7 and 10 pm.

Crying out stressful problems is a healthy way to educate your children too. They should be taught not to stress their body by keeping all the pressure of life’s problems inside their brain. Nature gave us the tears as a way to release our bodies overwhelming, so make sure to use them as needed.

Menjehere truri yne merr sinjalin se trupi eshte i mire-furnizuar me kalori dhe nuk i duhet me teper ushqim.

Vemendje! Ky qe pershkruam eshte nje mekanizem natyral i trupit te njeriut dhe natyra nuk mund te mashtrohet. Prandaj, aktrimi apo grirja e qepeve para syve, apo edhe marifete te tjera te ngjashme nuk bejne pune kur vjen puna tek ulja e peshes. Ne vend te ketyre, ne duhet ta trainojme veten qe te clirojme stresin permes te qares, duke ndihmuar keshtu veten edhe per uljen e peshes. Prandaj miq te dashur, nese keni fatin e keq te keni nje shef/shefe te tmerrshem, apo ju ka lene i dashuri, mendoni se jo cdo gje vjen vetem per keq. Nxjerrja jashte vetes e ketyre emocioneve negative permes loteve emocionale, do iu beje qe te ndiheni me mire, si edhe te humbni peshe e te vini ne forme te shkelqyer. Shkencetaret rekomandojne se koha optimale per te qare hallet eshte ndermjet ores 7 dhe 10 e mbremjes.

Edukimi i femijeve qe te shfryjne stresin permes te qares eshte nje metode e shendetshme per edukimin e tyre. Femijet duhet te mesohen qe te mos e sforcojne trupin dhe trurin e tyre duke mbajtur brenda vetes problemet e jetes. Natyra na ka dhuruar lotet si nje menyre per te shtensionuar trupat tane te stresuar, ndaj le te sigurohemi qe te gjithe ne ta perdorim kete mundesi.
