How to make the Perfect Sunday Omelette / Omeleta e Famshme e Mengjesit te te Dieles

Sunday is the special day of the week and in my family we have the tradition to prepare a special vegetarian omelette, that we call: The Perfect Sunday Omelette. Fortunately, my daughter, the youngest member of our family, loves it too; and this makes it a very special food for us. I thought to share it with you today my dear friends: / E diela eshte dita me speciale e javes dhe ne familjen time ne kemi si tradite qe te dielen ne mengjes gatuajme nje omelete speciale vegjetariane qe ne e quajme: Omeleta Perfekte e te Dieles. Per fatin tone te mire edhe ime bije, anetarja me e re e familjes tone, e pelqen shume ate, duke e kthyer kete gatim ne nje ushqim teper te vecante per ne. Sot, mendova ta ndaja me ju te dashur miq receten e ketij gatimi:

2 eggs per person / 2 veze per njeri / 2 huevos por persona

2 field mushrooms / 2 kerpudha te bardha / 2 setas de campo

1 red sweet pepper / 1 spec i kuq / 1 pimiento rojo dulce

1 average red onion / 1 qepe e kuqe mesatare / 1 cebolla roja media

Parmesan / djath parmexhan ose kackavall / Parmesano

Salt, white pepper, dry oregano, parsley, olive oil / kripe, piper i bardhe, rigon, majdanoz, vaj ulliri / Sal, pimienta blanca, orégano seco, perejil, aceite de oliva

Start with preparation of vegetables. I prepare all vegetables at ones and then cook omelettes separately. Clean, peel and chop onions, mushrooms and red pepper. Pour 1 soup spoon of olive oil in a fry-pan and put to heat. Add all chopped vegetables at ones and little salt and white pepper. / Fillohet me pergatitjen e perimeve. Une i gatuaj perimet te gjitha ne nje vend, dhe ne fund i pergatis omeletat vec e vec. Pastrojme, qerojme dhe presim qpet e kuqe, kerpudhat dhe specin e kuq. Ne nje tigan hedhim 1 luge supe vaj ulliri dhe e vendosim ne zjarr. Shtojme aty te gjitha perimet e copetuara dhe pakez kripe e piper te bardhe.

Comenzar con la preparación de verduras. Preparo todos los vegetales a la vez y luego cocino tortillas por separado. Limpiar, pelar y picar cebollas, champiñones y pimiento rojo. Verter 1 cucharada sopera de aceite de oliva en una sartén y calentar. Agregue todas las verduras picadas en unas y poca sal y pimienta blanca.

Fry the vegetables by stirring continuously, until the vegetables are made up to 90%. Remove the fry-pan from the heat and let it aside. / I skuqim perimet, duke i perzier vazhdimisht, derisa perimet te jene 90 % te gatuara, i heqim nga zjarri dhe i leme menjeane.

Meanwhile the vegetables are being cooked, we pour 2 eggs, seasonings and some grated Parmesan. The amount of Parmesan cheese depends on the individual taste, I add not more than 20 gr of grated Parmesan/omelette. Mix well the preparation and have it ready for preparation of omelette. / Nderkohe qe perimet po gatuhen ne zjarr, marrim nje tas te vogel dhe hedhim 2 veze, erezat dhe djath te grire parmexhan, ose djath kackavall. Sasia e djathit eshte ne varesi te shijes individuale; une hedh rreth 20 gr parmexhan apo djath kackavall te grire. I perziejme te gjitha bashke dhe i kemi gati per pergatitjen e omeletes.

Freír las verduras revolviendo continuamente, hasta que las verduras estén hechas hasta un 90%. Retire la sartén del fuego y déjela a un lado.
Mientras se cocinan los vegetales, servimos 2 huevos, condimentos y un poco de queso parmesano rallado. La cantidad de queso parmesano depende del gusto individual, no agrego más de 20 gr de Parmesano / tortilla rallada. Mezclar bien la preparación y tenerla lista para la preparación de tortilla.

Divide the vegetables in equal parts equal to the number of omelettes to be made. Divida las verduras en partes iguales igual al número de tortillas que se harán. En una sartén más pequeña, agregue una porción de las verduras cocidas, espárzalas bien sobre la sartén y cúbralas con la preparación con huevos.

Let the omelette cook on one side and carefully turn it on the other side. It is very important to use a non-sticky fry-pan for preparation of omelettes, otherwise they will be spoiled and will not come out nicely. / Lereni omeleten te gatuhet nga njera ane, dhe me pas kthejeni me kujdes nga ana tjeter. Eshte shume e rendesishme qe per pjekjen e omeletes te perdorni nje tigan jo-ngjites, pasi ne te kundert ajo do prishet dhe nuk do kete pamjen e deshiruar.

Deje que la tortilla se cocine por un lado y gírela con cuidado por el otro. Es muy importante usar una sartén no pegajosa para la preparación de tortillas, de lo contrario se echarán a perder y no saldrán bien.

Special Sunday Omelette could be baked in the oven too, but it takes more time for it. However, in case you decide to do so: lubricate the baking pan (possibly glass one) with little olive oil and spread all cooked vegetables. Cover them with the preparation of eggs for all omelettes, make sure vegetables are fully covered. Lubricate the surface of omelette with little olive oil and bake it in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 200. When baked, remove it from the heat, let it cool for two minutes and divide it in portions. / Omeleta Speciale e Mengjesit te te Dieles mund te piqet edhe ne furre, por zakonisht merr pak me shume kohe. Ne rast se zgjidhni kete menyre pjekje: lyeni fundin e tepsise (mundesisht prej xhami) me pak vaj ulliri. Shtoni te gjitha perimet e gatuara dhe shperndajini ne fundin e taves. Mbulojini plotesisht perimet me pergatitjen me vezet per te gjitha omeletat sebashku. E sperkatim siperfaqen e omeletes me pak vaj ulliri dhe e fusim ne furren e para-ngrohur per 20 minuta me 200 grade. Kur omeleta eshte pjekur, e nxjerrim taven nga furra, e leme te ftohet per 2 minuta dhe e presim ne racione.

Serve the omelette nicely in a plate and accompany it with cherry tomatoes and a glass of milk. Bon Appetite! / Vendoseni omeleten bukur ne nje pjate dhe shoqerojeni me domate- qershi (domatina). Ju befte mire!

La tortilla especial del domingo también se puede hornear en el horno, pero se necesita más tiempo.
