How to make Healthy Soup with Celery and Turkey

  • 1 egg / 1 huevo
  • 1 lemon / 1 limón

Wash the celery leaves with abundant water. Then, immerse for 5 minutes in cold water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Boil the celery leaves for 4 minutes in salted boiled water. Drain them and leave them aside. Attention! Grandma Xheni prefers to leave the celery leaves uncut. If you wish, you can cut them into thin strips before boiling them.

In a stew-pot add two tablespoons of olive oil and chopped onion in small cubes. Add little salt too. Fry the onion until shriveled. Add the pieces of turkey. Attention! This recipe can be prepared with either beef or chicken. It tastes great and has excellent nutritional value with all three types of meats.
